MathWise (ABN 29 697 768 294) (we, us or our) is a maths tutoring service based in Sydney’s North Shore. We provide tutoring for Years 3–12, online and in‑person.

2. What personal data we collect

When you use our “Enrol Now” form, we collect:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your message (which may include information about your child, year level, and tutoring preferences)

We do not collect payment information through this website – any payment arrangements are made separately.

3. How we collect your data

You provide this data directly by filling out the enrolment form. We also collect basic technical data (e.g., IP address, browser type) via our hosting provider for security and performance monitoring, but this is not used to identify you personally.

4. How we use your data

We use your information only to:

  • Respond to your enquiry about tutoring
  • Schedule a free diagnostic trial
  • Send you follow‑up information about our services (with your consent)

We will never sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

5. Where your data is stored

Your form submissions are processed by Formspree, a third‑party form processor. Formspree stores your data on secure servers in the United States. You can read Formspree’s privacy policy here.

We also store your contact details locally (in our email inbox and/or customer management system) for the purpose of providing tutoring services. We keep this data for as long as we have an ongoing relationship with you, or as required by law.

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data (subject to legal obligations)

Our website does not currently use tracking cookies or analytics scripts. If we add Google Analytics or similar in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect that.

Our services are directed toward parents and guardians of school‑aged children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
